The BCLA’S primary service area is: Turtle Creek, East Pittsburgh, Braddock, North Braddock, and Chalfant. There are over 14,000 people in our service area. To provide the resources and information for patrons to find what they need, we collaborate with community partners to complement and supplement each other's resources and services.
